On
Tuesday evening the W I were treated to a presentation by Michelle Diprose.
Michelle is an independent freelance artist/illustrator and photographer who
lives in Hollingbourne.
During
the evening we were shown to some of her wonderful work and to the techniques
she employs.
Michelle
specialises in painting portraits, both animal and human, but also enjoys photographing
wildlife and seascape scenes.
Towards
the end of the evening her audience was asked to participate by drawing random
shapes on a large sheet of paper. Michelle would then, using her artistic
skills, transform these into meaningful pictures.
All had an enjoyable evening.
